We here at Ziegelmeyer Mfg., Inc. are proud to present our NEW

  AUTOMATED JAMB STOP STITCHER WITH HOPPER FEED GLUE APPLICATOR.  

This Stitcher automatically makes left and right hand jambs.  This machine has a quick change stop index shoe that can reference the stop from 0" to 1-1/2".  The machine can run stops both 3/8"or 1/2" thick and varying widths from 1-1/4" to 1-3/4".  The stops can be easily adjusted  from the edge of the jamb "standard".  The machine has chromed nail support with adjustable stop width guide.  The Stitcher produces a maximum  of 5 pair per minute.  The nail support can quickly change to do jambs 11/16" to 9/16"  thickness.  The stapler nails from the back of the jamb and puts 8 staples per stop.  The glue application feeds the jamb from the hopper that runs off a common drive and feeds simultaneously as the stop is being nailed.  This system has a infeed roll case with a 2000 pound capacity scissor lift.  The outfeed has a  live chain conveyer table with a surge area for the finished product.

This Stitcher is comparable and only a fraction of the cost of other Stitcher's on the market today.  It is custom made to your needs and specifications.
